On 8 April 2024, the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), PeaceCorea, and the Korea Evangelical Fellowship (KEF) submitted a joint report to the Human Rights Council ahead of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea scheduled for November 2024 during the UPR 47th session.
Our joint submission reported on three cases of abduction and detention of South Korean Christians by the authorities of North Korea.
