The World Evangelical Alliance, jointly with Pax Romana and a coalition of 75 Nepalese NGOs, submitted a report to the 23rd session of the Universal Periodic Review, for the review of the human rights situation in Nepal. The main aspects of this report focus, inter alia, on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the rights of migrant workers and members of their families, the Dalits’ access to justice and issues of physical segregation, girl child rights, women’s health and reproductive right, youth rights, freedom of religion or belief, climate change, natural resources and human rights.
