Sri Lanka went through the Universal Periodic Review during the UPR 14th session. The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA), jointly with the Asia Evangelical Alliance (AEA), submitted a report with a total of seven recommendations concerning freedom of religion or belief and enforced disappearances in Sri Lanka.
