The World Evangelical Alliance called on Sudan for the swift return to civilian rule in the country and immediate action to be taken to address violations of the rights of religious minorities. The statement was made at the Human Rights Council 52nd session, during the Interactive dialogue on the oral update of the High Commissioner on the situation of human rights in the Sudan, on 3 March 2023.
